Hi, I play on Balmung. For some reason, I used a Fantasia potion (after following proper procedures...taking off gear, etc) and logged out. Upon character selection - I do not see an option to edit my character. I've logged out and logged back in multiple times - but nothing happened. Anyone knows why this is happening? Did I lose my Fantasia potion?
No, you didn't. Did you do this around congested hours? (Character screen can't be displayed due to server congestion.) If so then that's why, they can't pull up your character data so you won't be able to edit your appearence until the data can be pulled up, so you'll have to wait for quiet hours.
