4.0 WAR & DRK changes help

Hello there, this is my first forum post on the site (and my first forum post ever).I'm a amateur-ish player of XIV, been playing this game for a year & half and while I have a basic grasp of the game, I'm not exactingly a pro either.

As you all know, patch 4,0 has just drop along with big changes to the combat. While I understand Square's decision to have these adjustments and removals of skills. It does however this leaves someone like me (who is far behind with the MSQ and HW) overwhelmed with the changes.

The Jobs I play is WAR & DRK,before 4.0 landed I had two play styles for each, offensive for WAR & defensive for DRK, and for two jobs I had a skill layout for both, but now with these changes, I'm having a hard time trying redo my layout and I'm not sure if I can figure this out on my own.

So I would greatly appreciate if anyone has any good but simple tips for level 50-60 tanks who are trying to progress through HW in a post 4.0 FFXIV.
