Advice needed for point allotment...

OK if one of our classes is already at lvl 50 we have 45 points to allocate to whichever stats we want to increase. On Lnc I was thinking of going with +20 Str (for increased damage dealing) +15 Dex (for accuracy, crit rate) and +10 Vit (for defense, hp). What are anyone's thoughts or opinions of going with this selection of point allocation. I do not, in any way, want to gimp myself and would love feedback in regards to this. If anyone can go into further detail as to what would be the best way to allocate points for all classes it would be greatly appreciated as I have Gla, Pug, Lnc, Thm, and Con at lvl 50 and will soon be leveling Mrd and afterwards Arc. Any advice or feedback will be greatly appreciated!
