Cannot register my expansion code with Error Code: i2501

I can log into my mog station but cannot register the code
Please help

I got the same error code, cant register the code

Google search tells me either wait a few days and the problem may go away itself but I wont count on this,
or to do as told, contact SE support for help.

I have got a service ticket, now I can only wait for reply and hope the problem will get fixed before 23/Jun

I friend told me he has encountered the same error code before and he solved it by using his mobile to register
I followed his advice and were able to go through the register
So maybe this is an IP related problem
