Duty finder penality if you disconect

So I disconected in the loading screen so I waited 10-15 minutes and when I got back into the game I was under the penality you get from leaving duties.

If it was a free to play model I would just do something else or play another game while they fix their servers but it is not ... I just resubbed but stormblood after preordering the game and this is what I get . Its very upsetting that on top of the time im losing from trying to get in the game and with the time I disconect , I have to deal with the 30 minutes wait time you get from the penality.

Also I was not pleased that after purchasing the book on the optional store so I would finish all the heavensward story quest I was still not able to get into stormblood quest because it requires you to be lvl 60 and red mage starts at lvl 50 and without ANY MORE campain quest to do the only good exp I get is from Duties and PotD which is barely functional .

I really hope we get some kind of compensation for that

I get disconnected all the time during duties due to crappy internet, including tonight. Never ever ever been penalized

I don't know what happened then but to be penalised you have to be reported I think idk . But when I get disconected during the loading screen of a duty and then try to log back in it does say that I was already in the game so maybe the party sees you online while you are not and maybe that's why the system sees like I left a duty idk. Anyways its frustrating regardless.
