It's been over two days and after wasting hundreds of dollars on SB alone, and still not being able to experience more than the handful of FATEs that the first half of Fringes offers, is wholly unacceptable. I have since cancelled my sub. I expected issues, but I did not expect such a catastrophic development decision.
Could you not have posted this in one of the many other threads?
Lamb there really isn't any complaints or ingame feesback thread so this is just as good a place as any.

OP I agree this is absolutly riddiculus. They just hotfixed a couple things that over 85% of players havent been able to reach yet, why are they focusing on things thay are grieving a very small portion of people when the vast majority of their players can't make it past the first instance...
Just the fact that they refuse to give us any information or do anything significant to help alleviate this issue is mindboggling.
Its like they dont care at all about this. I really hope this issue sticks around past tuesday so that it can be publicized in gaming media for the horrible design it is.
Also, telling players to go away and find something else to do is horrible customer service. All in all this whole expansion is disappointing because of the issues.
There ia really nothing to do otherwise; all the SB content is locked behind this and all queues are affected by this not just this one, plus trying to do anything gets you 90ked
These kinds of server capacity issues have happened with every single launch and they continue to do nothing about them short of meaningless apologia. The fact that they refuse to invest the money required to rent the required additional capacity and ensure a smooth launch should tell us all we need to know. They have our money, we're already invested into the game, so why should they give a damn about our user experience when they can just weather the storm until enough people get pissed off and leave.
If we want this to change, we need a clear, unified response from the community, that we will drop our subs and not even consider purchasing the next expansion until we receive personal guarantees from the team that capacity will be up to par for the next launch.
Worst xpac release of any MMO I have played. Total disregard for their player base.
