I literally can't find where to spend Allagan Tomestones of Poetics

I've been searching and searching for about an hour, but all of the info is from 2013 and irrelevant now. The wiki says to talk to Rowena but she does not sell anything, and no one around her sells anything. I just can't believe this is so inconvenient. Can someone please help?

Have you checked Mor Dhona? It's actually Auriana you buy gear from (and the NPC beside her for other stuff - I forget her name lol). They hang out in a tent, north of the aetheryte.

They are required for some steps for the anima if im correct. Other than that i used them for ironworks gear as a first upgrade to reach 60.
Lately, i've been trading them for gc seals to sell stuff in the market.

If you plan on leveling the new jobs come Stormblood you could start gathering ironworks gear and augment them to 130 for a head start.
