question regarding Stormblood preorder

I tried to find an answer to this and either missed it or just couldn't find it. So if someone can give me an answer that would be appreciated.

I preordered Stormblood from the SE store and got the code in my email but I cant login to the redemption site to use the 16 digit code and was wondering if its because they aren't accepting them yet or if something is wrong with the site.

They enable it some weeks before release as they did with HW.

Thank you. I was hoping that was prolly the case but just wanted to make sure in case there was an issue I needed to report

SE will probably make an announcement a few weeks before it's released (ability to put the code in) - I'm thinking a live letter, but if you frequent the forums there will definitely be a flourish of threads all screaming it's up lol.

And possibly shortly there after a comment on crashing the site :D
