Matrimony Ring

I have an issue with my Matrimony ring for my character. It doesn't show my wife's name on the ring, my character name shows up on hers though. I asked a GM in-game and they told me "obtaining signature" means the character switched server or has been deleted but that's not the case here. My wife is still on the same server as me, in my FC as a matter of fact, and the character hasn't been deleted. The only thing I can think of that would cause it, she doesn't keep her account active all the time like I do.

Has anyone else had this happen or know how to fix this issue?

It can do that if either of you were offline for a while. Just log out and back in again whilst she is online
