I had just returned from retrieving both tools that you are required to to get by the quest, and I had started to turnin in the first of 2 items, and it skips to a dialogue scene, dialogue ends, the item is taken from my inventory, and the quest ends but no progress was registered, and he's asking for that same item again, and I can't turn in the second. I went back to the same npc who gave me the tools initially, but didn't get anything.
