Steps:
1. I'm rank 8 Vet with the other rewards. Never received the Voidal Resonator Reward mount.
2. Submitted ticket to support.
3. Told in Form Formatted Email to come post it as a bug. It's not a bug. It's a reward that was never sent for some reason yet I have the ones prior and after.

Rest of template is not applicable to in game issue of non-receipt of Vet reward.
