Wonderful experience with this GM tonight. I really appreciated them talking to me about my problem, even though they directed me to the Bug Report section of the forums. They could have told me to do that and been done with it, but they took a moment to speak with me about an issue that deeply upset me. I appreciated their patience and understanding, and reassurance that the team would do what they could. It gave me a lot of comfort on a really rough day. Thank you, Drazilenoteb.
