Solution for Cinematic Cutscenes Problem

A while back I posted this problem I had:

I found the solution: The Windows Media Feature Pack for Windows 10 Pro N wasn't working anymore.
The reason for this was the 20th Aniversary Update for Windows 10 which rendered the old Media Feature Pack useless. The problem is, that if you simply search Google for the Win10 N Media Feature Pack you only get older versions. You have to excplicitly search for the KB3133719 Version of the Update, found here:

I hope this helps other players having the same problem and mods seeing this reported.
