Legacy movement help?
So i recently switched from ps4 to pc and i tried both standard and legacy out. is there a way to either change 1 of 2 things.
1. Either use standard mode, and change the keybind for S to do what it does in legacy (run backwards instead of backpedal)
2. Or use Legacy mode and keybind A and D to turn left and right.
In my keybind menu im seeing that the only option is "Move Left/Turn Left" and "Move right/Turn right". Kinda frustrates me that they didnt make them separate keybinds.
Is what i want attainable?

As it says in the settings, standard mode is character-based, and legacy mode is camera-based. So in standard mode, W will send you in the direction the character's facing, and in legacy mode, W will send you in the direction the camera's facing. What I'm getting at is turning the camera in legacy mode is kind of like turning the character in standard mode. For that you'd use the "Point Camera to the Left/Right" keybinds (which default to the arrow keys) a little further down the list.
It doesn't behave exactly the same (in standard mode you can easily switch from turning to strafing by holding down the right mouse button, but in legacy mode, turning the camera is always turning the camera and you'll have to use the Q and E keys for strafing), but if you want to turn using the keyboard in legacy mode, you'll have to use the camera controls.

omg thank you! that is actually EXACTLY what i was looking for. i basically still wanted to turn my camera with me A and D keys, while having the option to press S to RUN out of AoE's instead of slowly backpedaling out of them like you do in standard mode.
