The patch notes state that the Nocturnal Sect shield should be 170%, but the tooltip still states it's 130%. Did the shield boost not go through, or does the number just need updated? (Aspected Helios is accurate when compared to the patch notes, for the record.)
Rest assured that the patch notes are indeed correct, and this is simply the result of us forgetting to change a 3 to a 7. Hopefully we can sneak this into the next hotfix... Terribly sorry about the confusion, and please let us know if you come across any other discrepancies in tooltips!
