Forced to accept Roygedans so far, and I keep them to do missions for now. Can I dismiss them later on as I get newer members? I hate them, all my squadron needs to be lalafells. :cool:

Yeah you can, the NPC mentioned that when you form the squadron.
Like mentioned above, you can! Just get a full squadron and, when you get more recruits after you have the full 8, you get the option to choose who to dismiss when you go to approve.
Dismissing, if i remember right, is done by talking to the individual you want to let go while youre in the barracks room. Should give you an option to send them packing. And while i understand not wanting a squad full of roe's, i cant even fathom being in charge of the squadron you propose forming. Who in their right mind would want to lead the Lollipop Guild into battle?
I would have expected the "Dismiss" option to be in the commands menu from the squad roster, but it isn't. The patch notes specified that we can dismiss members to make room if we get new applicants after having a full 8 member team, but it's looking as though that may be the only time we can dismiss anyone. (Seems like something that should have been available any time we have more than the four we need for missions, but apparently not.)
Anyway, I was hoping for an all Miqo'te squad, but I haven't gotten a single one. I do have three lalafells, though, so maybe I'll end up with the all lalafell team you were wanting. (Currently: 3 lalafells, 2 Roegadyn, 1 Hyur, but still 0 Miqo'te.)
I got a cat girl archer, so they do exist. Im kinda curious if theres a set list of recruits the game picks from, or if it randomly builds them.
