Pulsing water ball on alex

So me and a friend were in the hinterlands when we came across Alex... And I saw this. However he says he can\\\\'t see it. I can\\\\'t select it. It just pulses. Anyone?

That's a vista for your sightseeing log. Try standing on it and type /lookout :D
/lookout works for most vistas. Some require other emotes.
