Materia Types and Effects

ummmmmmm hi.. :) remember in 11 (please don't cry in your basement or slap your mom in the face because i said remember in 11) the gear that had "enhances the effect of .." ???? wouldn't it be nice if there was materia that could that to our gear?
"Sasafrass Matera - Enhances the effect of Riot Blade" it would reduce the amount of tp needed by 500 but still be able to take up too 3k for an a bigger dmg bonus or increase enmity by a greater amount? I just keep thinking of that "Enhances the effect of".... lol anyways first person (as well as anyone else following that person down a negative spiral) to say something thats just negative or has nothing to do with this post is a loser. :)

materia system is just at the very beginning of its journey, who knows what plans they have for the next generation and the generation after that of materia. but yes i can see OP's idea working well
