Can these be enabled in 3.4 for heavensward content? A lot of the fights were very good and have lost luster due to outgearing them immensely.
I thought those settings could be used for any fight as long as not trying to get matched with randoms.
you can use min iLvL for the heavensward content. only undersized option is 2.x content only.
Undersized won't be a thing until 4.0. They don't want people running HW content with no sync because the content is still relevant for a lot of quests currently.
