Lv.60 GSM Quest Icons Do Not Appear on Map

The quest icons over Marcel, Still River and Jeweled Peak's heads do not appear on the map when the conditions to continue the Lv.60 goldsmith quest "Two Hearts Beat as One" are met.
I have tried closing and re-opening the map, and zooming in and out on the map, neither of which made the quest icons appear.

The quest icon to complete the quest, however, does appear on the map as intended.

This is not an issue with any other Lv.60 crafting quest.
