Highlight Colors for Hair Color

Before we get additional ideas thrown into this thread, keep in mind the following:

Highlight Hair Color data is already in the game and will require not much additional work for SE.

With that said, it would be quite nice if we had the option to select between Highlight Hair Colors and normal Hair Color for our Hairstyles. As seen below, the highlights have far more primary color whereas our options for certain Hair Color can be rather dull/washed out by comparison.

Solution? Giving us the option to select what's already implemented in the game for our primary hair color.
