Muting/Blacklisting People in Duty Finder

I find that often enough that I'll get into Duty Finder for a Duty Roulette only to find that someone is spamming stuff in chat, either related to a macro every 30 seconds (usually a <se._> attatched to it) or just outright spamming the chat log w/ stupid stuff like flaming, hate speech, or other various things. They should have a mute system inside instances so you don't have to deal w/ these people at all, because muting the game shouldn't have to be a response to toxic behavior that should otherwise be muted.
