Annuling an eternal bond without the ring

1. Tried to form a new bond but could not, the NPC tells me I first need to annul my current bond
2. Tried to annul my current bond but this requires me to have the Eternity Ring in my inventory
3. I do not have the ring >anywhere< so I am unable to annul the bond, which prevents me from making a new one
4. I tried to solve it via support but a GM could not help me, he told me to file a bug here and that he forwarded it to his senior. (I added a picture of the reply from the senior gm.)

I hope this can somehow be fixed. Maybe just make a new ring appear in my inventory which I could hand in? (a gm did this for us for the missing gob-dips from A7s for week 1+2)
