Dyable Horns?

Does anyone know if they are making Ultima Horns and Succubus Horns dyable in the future? A friend said there was a Dev Response but I cant seem to find any info in the Dev Tracker.

I was looking for that quote forever. I really hope they become dyable it would open a lot of awesome looks.

I would really like dyable horns as well and others ways to obtain them.

I hope so, just got my Ultima horns last night after so many misses.
