With 3.3, is Raid Finder Cross Server?

Hello.

I would like to know if the new feature "Raid Finder" announced during Live Letter XXIX is gonna be cross server or it's not.

I'm asking this because i read the Unofficial Producer Letter Live XXIX Translation (Thanks to MarkoTurn) and he wrote "Raid Finder Coming in 3.3 (cross server)", but the official post sais "The raid finder will allow you to set various requirements to join." and nothing about cross server.
