Flame Elite's Chestplate texture messed up?

Sorry guys, not sure if this right place for this. It's been bothering me for awhile, too. I love the Flame Elite set, and have it glammed currently. But when I take super aesthetic screenshots with my friend, the (specifically) shoulder plate trim and chest trim textures are WAY low-res looking. Like, bad. The helmet and arms and legs don't have the same issue at all. Maybe it doesn't effect all races? I'm a max height Highland Hyur, could be a scaling issue?

I'll provide an example screenshot, although I'm not too sure how well it will translate with all the conversions.
