Sephirot EX - Not getting heals even when in range of AoEs?

Okay, I've had this problem in the past, like, three or four Sephirot EX clear parties.

I stand right on top of the party.

Healers use Helios/Succor/Medica

Everyone else gets healed. Except me.

I die due to lack of heals while doing mechanics properly.

I state that I died because I didn't get heals.

The healers say I was out of range of the AoE heals.

This doesn't happen on ANY OTHER FIGHT for me. And at the cost of keeping Enochian up, I watch my screen and make absolute, 100% certain I'm standing in the middle of the party.

If it was the same pair of healers every single time, I'd chalk this up to the healers lying to cover their asses. But it's been the past three groups, each with a different set of healers, and ONLY on Sephirot EX.

It happens. If you're purple use your jump to gap close to them right after. Make sure you eat food. Casters are a little obnoxious in sephy if their health is below 14k.

Keep in mind that you appear further ahead on your own screen than you actually are. You need to be within range a short while BEFORE they cast the heal.
