Why bother upgrading lore?

question answered. XD I didn't see that only the weapon was ilvl245. XD thanx all ^^

Probably need lore to even DO Midas savage...?
Also those Ilvls are a bit...off

Only the midas weapon is 245

Midas gear is 240, just like upgraded lore gear.

You can't even upgrade lore gear without savage

And you also don't NEED lore or crafted gear to do midas savage.

Only the weapon is 245. Midan gear is 240, the same as Upgraded Lore.

Lol on phone and cant edit atm 240 and 245 I meant xD

That's what I mean. The stuff you use to upgrade is from savage, which is why I kinda find Lore pointless. though now that the I lvl for the gear is cleared up I can kinda see having both for stat's sake.

Hopefully relic comes out in a month and well have that sexy materia slotted piece of dedication.

Itemization.

Some lore pieces might have better stats for your particular job and/or setup/build than its midan equivalent.

Also not every one does savage, so getting lore and eventually upgrading it in the "catch up patch" whatever patch that may be is their only option
