[Problem/Suggestion] Hall of the Novice & Accuracy

After completing the hall of the novice for Tank roles, I noticed a glaring flaw. While trying to grab and hold adds through many of the exercises, my attacks were missing quite often. I found this somewhat of a hindrance, because WARs/PLDs at this level only have one combo skill which increases enmity. If the second skill in your combo misses, you don't generate enmity at all. As a level 60 WAR, my gear was obviously synced down very low, so I had no way of increasing my accuracy (aside from food?).

This wasn't very difficult for me to deal with, as I am very experienced with tanking in general, however I believe that this isn't helpful or fair for little newbies trying to learn how to tank.

I simply suggest that the accuracy caps for these mobs are lowered, or something to that effect.
