Suggestion and inquiry for cross class glamours

I know this is something that the community has sat on for a while, but perhaps entertain the idea of making a semi-difficult to procure glamour prism that would allow for cross class glamours? Or even a cash shop item. I know I for one would love to utilize items like this, and I can't really see any way that would damage the gaming experience.
Would something like this be possible to do?

You can already preview things across class with gear in the preview window! I'd really like to see it in game!

Doesn't have to be weapons, but at least clothing/accessories! PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE!

This would be a perfect idea! I mean imagine the amount of glamour style people in game could make if they weren't limited to class only!

Honestly this makes sense. SE has already given us gear sets that are identical to other classes (Wolfram for DRGs in place of Cavalry set for PLDs being one example). It would honestly make more sense to just allow for cross-class glamours. There could be some sets that don't qualify, of course, like the artifact gear and the esoteric sets. Otherwise it just makes sense to me.

All of this and also, I think its only fair that all clothing be gender neutral seeing as how some mens clothes can be worn by female but not vice versa. Hey! Some guys wanna look pretty too dammit! :)

This seems like a fun idea either way, but they already kinda addressed this saying that it would ruin job identity. Their solution is to widen the amount of gear available to all classes

I would really like this idea. I have some items that are for like WHM, SCH, AST that would look great for an ACN or SMN. Please consider this option and it would be nice to be able to glam things across all classes.
