So, Gahoo and I have been BSing off-forum, and we've come to the conclusion that this missing section (between MELD and PURGE) might be the instructions to the lucrative "Forbidden" materia we've been hearing about.
If this is the case, can we at least add Section III back into the table of contents but actually have it say, like, "...it seems this section has been removed." so you don't get more reports like this in the future?
At first glance, it looks like a mis-step in your numbering. (Unless it actually is, then just... you know... do your thing.)
