<Solar> seeking skilled WAR for A4S and 3.2 raiding

Hi there! Ji'hara Doxa here and I'm looking for a new WAR for my raid group due to our current WAR stepping out fo IRL obligations. We raid Mon/Wed/Thurs 7pm-10pm CST with an extra optional day for progression on weekends. We are currently working on the third leg of A4S and plan on tackling 3.2 content first week.

Expectations:

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of your job(proper CD usage, able to dps, gearing, stance-dancing)
• Punctual, communicative(voice comm), and progression-minded
• Ability to consistently meet raid schedule(Mon/Wed/Thurs/Optional)
• Ability to take constructive criticism as well as offer constructive criticism, as well as owning up to your own mistakes
• Self-motivated to improve(dps, optimizing cd usage for various fights, optimizing gear etc.)
• Willing to adust to tank meta changes in near future
