Can't exchange Tomestones of Soldiery for Poetics

I have 11 Tomestones of Soldiery that I need to exchange before the patch drops. I went to Auriana in Mor Dhona as instructed and selected the Allagan Tomestone of Soldiery Exchange. The NPC proceeds to give a short explanation as to the exchange. Then it freezes for just a moment and then nothing happens. I try again and the same thing happens again. I really need to exchange these before the patch drops.

Hi, you need to fill out a report in the format shown in one of the "sticky threads". If you don't then your report will not get dealt with & I'm sure you want to see if it can be solved before the patch drops. =)
