Bizarre lag after Primal datacenter maintenance.

Hello! I play on the Primal datacenter, and after the crash and maintenance of the server, I have noticed (mainly in instances) a few strange things,
I play a summoner, and during fights, I've noticed things like dots not appearing on the boss despite my casting them, random interruptions of my spells, and having to push buttons up to 4 times to get their effects.
During my expert roulette, I noticed that after hitting Dreadwyrm Trance, the button greyed out as if on cooldown, but my Aethertrail Attunement stacks were not taken, I was not given the DWT buff, essentially all that happened was I had to watch my stacks fall off because DWT was on cooldown when there was no reason for it to be.
Another odd thing I have noticed was occasionally after executing Aetherflow, the icon WOULDN'T go on cooldown. If I pushed it again, it instantly greyed out to wherever the cooldown timer should be normally, but only if I pushed it again.
When running with people, they tell me that I'm disconnecting, but the screen barely freezes for me for more than a second. I never receive a 90000 error message.
I've tried multiple things including WTFast, Mudfish, even just resetting my router. It's not extremely debilitating, but in raids, this issue is seriously starting to affect my play.

I should also note that the animations do go off, but nothing else happens other than that, before my cooldowns go out of whack.
