Google Ariyala-Hunts. It tracks server specific data regarding what Notorious Monsters are up, including timers on the World Fates Odin and Proto Ultima. That should save you some trouble. Happy hunting.

I just check and although it's a fantastic site I couldn't find anything on proto ultima
Oh you know what, you're right they only track Behemoth and Odin. Weird I thought they did Azys Lla as well, guess not! My bad. Hopefully you get some use out of it, regardless.
