Why we are denied in middle east

Hey there,
recently i have been facing major issue with registering my friend account.
which make me talk to GM and give me very sad news .. that here in middle east countries we only allow to use "ClickandBuy" company as payment method to register our characters. that what make me suffer last 2 month. this company never cooperate with us at all, they block new created accounts. and keep asking for endless paper and things to unblock it .. and that make suffer the most. i wish if SE LOOK at this issue. worst thing SE did is to deal with C&B. and i might stop playing game because of this issue if they shift to charging.
