well i expected just, just a bit more, just a little more ...
They talked about being able to put materia in raid gear last live letter, so this is just saying that this will be in 3.2
Here's what I understand from earlier information:
- Crafted gear will be more useful in the 3.2 raiding cycle, so Materia will obviously be used there.
- Raid gear in 3.2 will also have Materia slots, although they won't accept main-stat Materia.
- One of the purposes for the Diadem was to facilitate spiritbonding of Tier V Materia. (spiritbonding is indeed faster in the Diadem, although I don't think the gear it drops can be converted, so...).
