Steps:
My party was participating in the FATE "Ladies First" in Dravinian Forelands. Everything was proceeding as normal and the progress bar filled up with each enemy we defeated. When we completely filled the bar, instead of showing the message that the FATE was complete and giving us our rewards, the FATE spontaneously reset. The timer returned to 15 minutes and the progress bar completely emptied. I asked my party members if it was just a glitch on my side but they said no, the FATE reset for everyone.
