We are Elysium and we are currently recruiting! We look to create a community that enriches theorycraft and fosters player development. Our success requires the backing and support of all members including crafters, raiders, and social members. If your passion for raiding is as deep seeded as ours and you feel qualified in both skill and attitude, we welcome you to seek us out.

How to apply

3. Complete the application and submit.

We are currently recruiting for 4 teams.

• Team Koolaid: WAR or DRK/PLD
• Team MSPaint: PLD/DRK
• Team K-Pop: SMN/BLM
• Team Dynamo: NIN (+melee offclass of choice.)

What we require:

• Applicants must be able to play both listed classes if two classes are listed.
• Applicants must have a minimum of AS3 cleared.
• Mumble and a working microphone.
• Teamwork development outside raid hours.
• Punctuality
• Compliance with established Free Company rules.
• We prefer PC players (Gamepad is acceptable)

Behavior we expect:

• Passion for challenging content.
• Positive reception to criticism.
• Independent thinkers.
• Respect for company members and the general FFXIV populace.
• Active communication and interaction via Mumble.

Not at the moment but it's something we've been strongly considering.

Team Victorious Secret is now full and the thread has been updated to reflect that and an additional group that is recruiting (Team Dynamo).

Ive been playing FF for about 4 months now, but played WoW for 10 years, among several other mmo's. Ive been wanting to get back into the raiding lifestyle, and am wondering if you'd consider letting an Astro/Bard join, just so she can learn from the best? I wouldn't ask for anything in return, just to learn from the players and shadow..

Sorry! We do not currently have open raid spots for an AST or BRD and we are currently not open to social applicants at this time. We hopefully will be accepting such players in the future though. You can find EM members roaming PF and in various link shells. Feel free to PM our members if you have specific questions, and while I cannot guarantee a response - I'm sure they will point you in the right direction if they are able to. :)
