Character name problem after transfer

Steps:
1. Purchased a server transfer service.
2. Transfered my character "Clementine Dumat" in Odin to Cerberus.
3. System prompted that i need a name change because i have another toon which has the same name in Cerberus.
4. I deleted that said character, and renamed my transfered character as "Clementine Dumat".
5. After a few days later(thats my bad) I noticed my character is named "Clementne Dumat".

I think system didn't recognize my "i" input and simply erased it which happens sometimes on sites which doesn't have international language support. I contacted the Game support and they said they cant do anything and said i should report a bug report if i beleive there is a bug occured.
