Weird bug in Burden Of The Father NM

So my missus was healing on her WHM in A4 today but as she loaded in, one of the tanks, a PLD was constantly blurred out and his model would not load. He was clearly there as he was taking damage and being healed but she could neither see nor target him. Has anyone else experience this before?

Sounds like the Garuda bug but in reverse. :p

I have seen this as well, but it was someone else healing and not me. The one healer could not see or target the tank at all.

I had this in a T1 run where certain characters were untargetable & looked like they were behind a blur filter. It resolved itself by me leaving the arena (walking out to the start) and returning. It was as if they were behind the purple boss barrier and I wasn't!
