Game Freezes on PS4 when teleporting to other areas

Time: Throughout the day
Frequency: 3-4 times Daily at random since 3.1 hotfix
World name: Balmung
Character name: Iris Valkyrie
Class/Level: Dark Knight/60, Weaver/60, Machinist/60, Monk/60, Armorer/60
Party or solo: Both
In-game time: Throughout the day
Area and coordinates: Teleporting to Mists, Foundation, Idyllshire, Mor Dhona
Steps:
1. Choose any location to teleport to.
2. Sometimes it freezes during loading.
3. Screen is frozen, black screen, loading bar no longer moving no matter how long you sit there forcing you to close the application and reopen it.

Happens to me too, Same server, same platform. Sucks cause im in a catch up phase since I left before 2.0 so im doing hunts. Teleporting is a consistent event and has cost me a few As and couple Ss

I'm having this issue as well, i'm on midgardsormr server. happens at least once a day and has occurred up to 4 times a day. i'll teleport from once place to another, and the game will either freeze or, i have encountered twice where the game will kick me out completely, PSN will notice the error, and gives me the option to fill out a report.

Same here on Ultros. Not as frequently, and it just happened with me going to Little Ahla-Migo. Hopefully some of the maintenance tonight will help. @.@
