The reason that I am asking is because I am trying to make back some money after I spend approximately 90 million gil, which I've saved up over the last six months, for a free company mansion.
I'm assuming that prices may vary, so I saved 90 million gil for good measure. . . Anyway, I'm guessing that some of these items will sell for a good bit once the event ends, what do you all think?

I'd say the Stuffed Succubus, but I don't have a magic ball so I don't really know. Assuming they're not added to the Mogstation, I'd bet they'd be worth very little for over a year.

None of these items appear to be listable on the marketboard yet. I assume they'll be added later, but still.
I've tried all of the items in my house, and succubus is by far the best. It is quite large, and has an animated bat flying around it, if you didn't know. The outdoor lantern isn't as impressive (its very dim), and wallpaper is questionable since it is destroyed when you change it. People might avoid expensive wallpapers altogether. -

The wallpaper will have the greatest return in the long run since it is consumed after a single use. The succubus and the majority of the other items can still be transferred through an FC chest.
