Storage for Packrats & Crafters and greater room/house functionality

Crafting-fiend here, constantly running out of space for my crafting mats (all DoH & DoL 50+). Okay and also a pack-rat.

Sure we can get additional retainers (already more than what is good for me), but it is kinda inconvenient to have your mats spread out on several retainers, and not really helping immersion levels.

So here an idea to increase immersion levels and make things easier for pack-rats and crafting-fiends:

Have a crafting "station" in your FC room or house, where you can have a locker, chest, whatever which offers you space for storing your mats and maybe also gear. And/or a "crafting station" which offers storage space for mats and also an armoire that is actually worth it's name and where we can store our gear, no matter if an NQ ilvl 10 hat or a relic weapon.

(ct') Really nifty could be as well some kind of mannequins for our room/house to store and display our awesome gear at the same time (have seen such in other MMOs).

Yes the retainer service is a money source for SE, and storing stuff means more sever load, so it would be okay if we have to pay a bit for having a feature, just like for Retainers.

Difference from Retainer: No selling stuff, instead more storage space than with a retainer. This way we can balance inventory needs and marketing needs to our liking and have a greater immersion level. Scaling the amount we can keep in one place, even!

Another nifty thing to add to such a "crafting station" (increasing immersion level & giving meaning to room/housing beyond vanity): If we craft at the crafting station we get a tiny bonus to our crafting effort. To balance things it could be required to build/get this crafting station bonus via having to gather hard-to-get materials or such.

Additional thought: With sharing houses in the near-future implemented, of course would be also awesome if such a storage space / crafting station could be shared with selected people. Kinda giving close friends some spare keys to your treasure chest... ;)
