Most efficient means of earning Company Seals?

I finally picked Maelstrom and now have 2,600 Seals (I'd used my Seals to buy an item before the Choco announcement). So I'm trying to come up with 400 Seals, and more beyond that would be welcome.

I headed for Cassopeia Hollow and tried the Company Levequest there, which I failed the first time as a 31 Marauder. I redid it, played it more smart, and only got 40 seals (2,640). I even was told that was double the usual value due to Founders Day event. Great.

I know there's also the Choco Escort and the Supply quest... has anyone done these, and how many Seals did you earn from them? I'm hoping there's a better rate out there than the Company Levequest I tried, since I'd need to do it 9 more times just to get the Choco.

I received 60 seals for completing Caravan Escort, and 12 seals each time I turned in an item to supply provisions. Your best bet is just to do more company quests if possible.

Gather up 1-3 other people and do Imperial Devices, which is the quest that takes you into the Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak over by Camp Tranquil. First the quest will send you to Gridania to pick up a key item (everyone must have this item, regardless of what company you're in) in order for the NPC that guards the entrance to let you in. One hour time limit, and you don't even need to clear the whole instance- only need to get through about half of it before you complete the next step of the quest (apologies for being vague, but I'm avoiding spoilers). You can, however, then go on and defeat one of the NMs in the big circular rooms on the east side of the instance, but that doesn't get you any more seals, only Unique/Untradable items.

When you're finished with the instance, assuming you advanced the quest from the spot within Toto-Rak, you then follow the quest directions from there- talk to the guard NPC outside Toto-Rak and then report back to your GC. 1,000 seals, easy. If you're all the same company, 2,000, or so I've heard.

It's not that bad, really. If you're all around 30-32 you'll roll the instance, though the NM at the end might give you some worries if you don't have a dedicated healer or really overlevelled tank.

You can also do the 25 It Kills With Fire, I suppose, though apparently you need to kill six other NMs to gain access to Ifrit, so that might be less desirable to you right now in the interests of time.
