I received Fat Chocobo Head in the mail today as part of the veteran rewards, and the lower part of the beak seems bugged, you can especially see it when using the /visor emote. I am thinking maybe it is something that only happens with Au Ra, because I haven't noticed this problem when seeing other people wear it. I've made a video to show this here:
