Can we put drops in Crates?

I've ran Sohm Ai about 33 times and still have not got the sword. With more classes added to the game, I think it makes sense to put loot in crates or something. Just dislike the rarity.

Then again.. I got 7 axes.

I think for Sohm Ai a Zeta is still better

buy a weapon from the ah or craft it

they should've put all the weapons in the Job Quests along with the abilities.

This is for glamour, I'm assuming. With the exception of the first chest, the coffers all have a chance to drop designated loot. They're random loot among a pool of useless items and specific to a given dungeon coffer for which type of loot unfortunately, but they are there. The weapons only come from the last boss and (rarely) one of the coffers prior to it.
