Healing partner is a scholar.

Looking for advice in each turn such as when are you using light speed, synastry, etc. nifty places to pop CU. anything you've found that helps!

I suppose you're going for the A1S first...
Since you might be solo-heal on P1 you better be careful with your mana
(I recommend using your Luminiferous Aether during the first red mark)

During the first red mark put as much regen as possible our your tank (aspected helios and aspected benefic is ideal, if not enough time use only benefic)
and put an aspected benefic on the marked player (and heal him with benefic 2)

The second one is tricky, so an aspected helios on the group is ideal
and do not hesitate to use essential dignity on your take after the second mark if he is low.

After that... it's not hard to heal...
You can use synastry on your tank when the double red mark appears
Light speed is only useful on emergency situation (second red mark on P1 I guess)

Luminiferous eather must be ideally use during the boss jump (after the 5th aoe)
the followed by collective inconscious and celestial opposition
=> So 3 spell must be extended : aether, collective inconscious and aspected helios that has be cast before jump

I don't see other particular thing for A1S

I use CU a lot in A2s. Put AB on both tanks then pop CU when they're stacked and you've got a lot of hps throughput, -10% mitigation on both tanks, and you're being very MP efficient. However, in A3s, CU is an enmity monster so be very careful with.

In A1s, coordinate with the DPS to position so that all 4 can be hit with AH. It's not hard but just make sure people are mindful of positioning.

One thing I disagree with in Nekotee's post: Lightspeed is not an emergency-only skill. That -25% MP cost is part of your MP management toolkit. Use it.

AST DoTs work very well with stance dancing. Stella on adds to slow them down, when you're not too busy healing. In a pinch, Stella's heavy effect applies even with cleric stance off.

Enmity will be an issue if you take a lot of responsibility for AoE healing (Generally the case with a SCH partner). There's a couple of places Lum. Aether can be popped to help with it, basically any time you need to spam AoE heals. Lightspeed will also help reduce the MP cost of that spam. Lightspeed can also be used any time healing on the move would help, since there's a lot of positioning for mechanics in this fight.

Personally I Synastry right after the second digititus goes off since I'm usually solo healing while the SCH helps meet the DPS check.

More generally, get very good at multitasking, because there's not only a ton of mechanics that need to be done while healing, but card buffs help a lot in this fight too. For example, make sure you can hit 'draw' while sidestepping AoEs and throwing out an instant heal, even if you're so busy healing that you don't have time to look at the card pulled up for a few seconds.

Usually I have one RR'd card out at the start, and then I have a second RR'd card ready to fire just as the transition to p2 is happening. If it happens to be Balance or Arrow, I hold it for the HP split. Bole, I use on the tanks pretty much any time; no shortage of damage going out. Other cards, well, use on anyone short on resources as needed.

Thank you. We started just yesterday and we're working on hands.
Anyway I saw that enmity can be a problem in this fight. My partener is a scholar. Should I ask to help me with AOE healing or just let her dps?
I usually use Luminiferous Aether during the first AoE damage spam, but maybe I should use it later?

I've been experimenting with LA timing and honestly, I have a hard time noticing a difference whether I use it earlier or later, just so long as I use it during those spammy moments. I tend to use it later now to get the most out of MP recovery. Generally try to minimize overhealing. Also, I completely avoid CU on this floor just because of the huge enmity it generates.

My group's scholar does throw in some succors and indomitably's to help out with enmity. If you're still pulling hate with all that... just need to ask the tanks to use their enmity combo more.

For A3S,
P1, Lightspeed to heal through Protean Wave & 3x Splash helps a lot to preserve mana. Then pop LA for the 3 next splashes, top the tank off and you're gtg.
P2, 1 hand, AB & AH on the tank + CU should keep the party up until washed away. You now used 3 oGCD but should sit on a VERY cumfortable pool of mana left (maybe even full).
After the wash away, things can get a little harsh as you'll spam Helios to keep everyone up for the Fluid Strike (group wide slap in the face) while EDing the tank. If you manage your GCDs, your Scholar friend should only drop two shields (one before each massive slap).

Wash away, hand split, Synastry the tank with lowest HP (i like to Synatry my Paladin and heal only the Warrior as his HP pool is much bigger, resulting in less overhealing overall) and don't forget to drop a little AH under the augmented healing effect of your Synastry. Heal only the non-synastried target, drop ED when Synastry target is too low for your comfort.

This should bring you to P3 where you should primarily focus on healing and Malefic II, most of the snaring will be taken care of by your SMN/SCH via Miasma, and Stella sucks.

Cool thing here, on the last Piston add pop, if you play it carefully, you're the only class that can reliably interrupt two Musilage at once (Holy can do the same job but latency on EU servers+super long spell animation makes it kinda... risky). Call two Piston Lubricant close to each other while healing and interrupt them together. Means the other two will be taken care of by your tanks, and your DPSs will be more than happy.

P4 begins, Lightspeed should be up again to get everyone back up before Cascade (shouldn't be too hard, you SCH friend will likely cast Emergency Tactics to top people off, LS allows you to run across the room spamming Helios, as your DPSs will likely be spread everywhere to finish the adds, some of them out of reach). If at any time you feel like you need additionnal healing for less spamming, don't hesitate to use Synastry for the sole purpose of increasing your healing potency, even if you don't need to heal two targets at once.

After that, if you get focused by the hand, pop CU before getting stunned, if SCH gets the hand, LS+Synastry will help a LOT to solo heal while the hand is getting destroyed (especially on the second hand phase, as you mana pool will probably be in bad shape and BRD/MCH won't feel like poping a regen song/turret with the Enrage coming soon). Poping CU at this time will prevent you from using it for the next Cascade tho, not sure what's best. Also for this phase, don't forget Disable as you'll be able to cast it on EVERY Cascade (unlike Virus, one every two Cascades).

As to the aggro issues, having a NIN in your group basically guarantees you'll be fine and i've never healed this without one so... can't help ^^' I guess if CU is such an issue only use it for the 10% damage reduction on Cascades and forget about it in every other situation.
