Frontlines - Battle effect settings don't work for other players

World:
Diabolos (but in frontlines)

Class/Level:
Happens on all classes I've been in frontlines on from the 50's to 60's. Not a character specific bug.


Details: In Frontlines the Battle Effect settings currently have no difference between; show all, show limited and show none for other players.
With the amount of effects that are going on in 72 man pvp this can really obscure your screen.

The settings still work on your character, but not on others.

Please fix this. I can provide screenshots for proof if necessary.
