End game (lvl60) 4man dungeon run tomes bug....

When I select both dungeons (and nothing else is selected for my queues) to run both end game 4 man dungeons for the 80/40 reward per completion, I noticed that after 2 completions the message box said 40/40 so I ran it a 3rd time marking where I was at before and after and it yet again only gave me 40 tomestones of law and 40 esoterics yet the rewards are listed as 80 and 40. Is this bug known or did they make a change and forget to list it or forget to change it in game?

You get Law after each boss, throughout the dungeon
